For over twenty years, lovers, musicians and collectors have been coming together at ars musica. We buy and sell used musical instruments, accessories and antiquarian sheet music. Since May 2024, there has been a second branch in Wallersdorf in Lower Bavaria, which is also very easy to reach by train. There we have set up a small museum for hand-pulled instruments, violin making and rare treasures from around 1800 onwards. Visitors are welcome by appointment.

If you still have a musical treasure in your attic, cellar or junk room, please contact us. Roland Fritsch, the store owner, is a certified appraiser according to DIN 17024 for musical instruments of all kinds and is happy to help with the assessment. As far as our financial and logistical resources allow, we also purchase entire musician’s estates or can provide you with expert advice on reselling them on request.
